This year, my daughter and son-in-law hosted Thanksgiving. It was so odd to me, not to be the one cooking. Tinkerbelle did a wonderful job of preparing the meal despite a week of worries about it. The day was very nice and we enjoyed the company of my son-in-law's mother nad aunt as well; very sweet ladies. Tink and I decided to alternate holidays so I'll be preparing Christmas dinner in a couple of weeks. We're trying to bring family togetherness to the forefront and teach all the kids about traditions new and old. I hope they carry on! We were blessed to all be together and we hope that you and your loved ones had blessings to be thankful for also.

PEEKA.....

BOO!!

Not too much to report of late. Kids are doing well in school. The little boys are getting excited about Christmas. Pickle has become more outgoing and his vocabulary is just bursting at the seams..amazing since a year ago the specialists told us he was autistic! I think the older kids have grown a few inches since summer (sure feels like it!) and The Princess is growing and developing well. She now has 2 teeth on bottom and we can see the top two trying to push their way out. She can also sit for about a minute if I sit her up; shouldn't be long now before she can sit up on her own efforts. No interest in crawling yet, but I'm not worried. Tinkerbelle is still in the newlywed stage and has completed her first semester at nursing school so things are moving along. We miss CO and the folks we left behind, but we know that one day we'll return.
