***13 Ounces***

Last Thursday the pediatrician told us that he wanted to see KiKi gain 8oz to regain her birth weight. Well, she gained 13ounces!!! We are very happy of course; she's a whopping 6.10 now LOL And her jaundice is no longer an issue. Her count (not that I really understand it) is now 7 which is just fine we were told. KiKi will be one month old on Sunday and the time has flown! Now she's gaining weight, looks like a typical healthy baby instead of Laura the Carrot (a la Veggie Tales) and is falling into something of a pattern with eating and sleeping. And as someone had the good humor to ask, no she's not a puppy with her eyes still closed, this little girl just likes her sleep. I'll do my best this weekend to see if I can get a photo of her big blue peepers. Boy I'll tell ya if her hair stays dark and she keeps the blue eyes, I'm in big trouble. She's already channeling Angelina Jolie with the big pouty lips. Anyone have Louisville Sluggers' phone number handy? I need to buy some stock ::::grin:::::
